Exporting Contacts

Can anyone help me copy certain names, address and email
address from my contacts to either Microsoft Access or
Excell? Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried exporting them?

Export them (File - Import/Export) to a CSV file. Open
the CSV in Excel and delete the records you don't need.
