Exporting Contacts

I'm trying to export my contacts to a csv file and get an error saying I need
a "translator" file. I've read that all I need to do is install the files
from my original disks, which I cant locate. Office was loaded on my
computer when I got it and the disks have been lost. Is there any place on
the web I can download the files?
