When I try to export my contact list to a file (in order
to import it into Express, Entourage or Mail for Mac OS X,
which ever works best...any suggestions?!), it says that
the import/export feature is not installed. When I try to
install it, I am told that I have to insert the "Microsoft
Office SR-1 Professional" disk into the drive. I don't
have this! I only have the original installation disks.
Any thoughts?

yes...it keeps asking me for the SR-1 disks.

Post your installation sequence and how you upgraded to SR1.

I upgraded to SR1 through the Microsoft Office Update
page...I downloaded it from a Microsoft site, I have no
idea how long ago. In terms of trying to install the
Import/Export engine, the sequence is as follows:
1. "Office cannot start the import/export engine. This
feature is not currently installed. Would you like to
install it now?" (YES)
2. "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
2000 SR-1 Professional. Gathering required information..."
3. "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or
other removable disk that is not available. Insert the
Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Professional disk and click OK."

I don't have this disk! It will not accept my MS Office
disks as substitute, and I tryed to re-download the SR1
update and it says that it is already installed on my
computer.
