Exporting Contacts to Access Database

In Outlook, through a few point and clicks, I am able to export a folde
containing Contacts to an Access Database.

However, now I need to automate this in code.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Basically I have created a button on the tool bar.

I would like to click this button and have the Contacts I have saved i
a folder called 'ContactsToExport', automatically (well through cod
anyway), do the export.
