Exporting Contacts from Outlook 2000

I read in one of the threads that contacts are included
in the .pst. However I exported my personal folders
(Outlook 2000) and imported them successfully into my new
PC. It did not contain the contacts. When exporting how
do I also include my contacts. Can I also export
import "rules"?

Where to I change Outlook's default on where to look for
its .pst file?

Exporting should be your last resort (now you see why).
Just copy and reuse your PST file in the new installation if you want to
preserve the most data.
