Exporting contacts from my work pc to my home pc

I use Outlook 2003. I would like to export my contacts stored on my work pc
onto my home pc. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!
 
Create a new pst, copy the data to that.
Close the new pst, copy it to your new pc hd, eg My documents folder
Open that pst in OL, copy data across, close the pst
