Exporting contacts from Hotmail

How can I export hotmail contacts to Microsoft Outlook 2003? I just bought a
new PC, outlook is set up and synchronised to Hotmail but my contacts list
has not made the transfer. Any advice?

WHat type of Hotmail account is it - free or paid?

Most free Hotmail accounts won't work with Outlook any more. I don't have
access to Hotmail from the PC I'm on (the company won't allow it), so check
the Contacts page on Hotmail for any exporting options.
 
It has import capability but not export
