Hi,

I want to copy/paste a graph from Excel to Word. The only
problem is that the file is too big, because each graph has
775 kb. How can I export just the graph, without the link
to the document and all the information of the graph. I
just want to have the "picture" not all the other stuff.

Thank you for your help!

Select the embedded chart (not a chart sheet) by clicking just inside
its outer border. Hold down Shift, and on Excel's main menu choose
Edit | Copy Picture (and try various combinations shown there). In
Word, put the cursor in an empty paragraph, and choose Edit | Paste.

Another way: Copy as normal in Excel, then Paste Special in Word. I like
the Picture (Enhanced Metafile) choice.
