Exporting appointments in Access to Outlook

I have an Access database that tracks daily activity. As a part of it, the
user is able to enter a follow up activity and date. There are queries and
reports tied to those follow up activities.
Is there a way to export those "appointments" or follow up activities to
appear in their Outlook calendar as appointments?
