exporting and saving favorites

I have 2 questions:
1. I plan to change operating system from 98 SE to XP pro using a complete
installation of the new product. How can I save my Favorites and then
reinstall them once XP is up and running? I am planning to add a 2nd hard
drive for storage before I wipe down the main drive and install XP.

2. I recently purchased a lap top and want to export my Favorites there. How
can I do this?
