I've created a static report in Access (not related to any tables or
queries). I try to export the report to Word and some of the labels get "cut
off" and displayed on page 2 of the Word document??
For example, the label box states "Pharmacy Admixture/Preparation
Information" but when exported to Word, pg 1 has "Pharmancy
Admixture/Preparation" and pg 2 concludes with "Information".
It doesn't happen to all the labels in the report and does not appear to
have consistency on when it does it.
Please help......

This can occur if you've not set the width of the control wide enough and
might also occur if your report is designed such that the total potential
width of the report (all controls) exceeds the default margins for Word
(normally 1" in US configs.)
