Exporting Address Book

Has this happened to anyone else? I was trying to export my contacts so that I could install them on my wife's user profile for use in outlook. Well, the export seemed to go fine. There was just one problem. The email addresses didn't come with. I have the contacts except email. I tried to follow the help suggestion, but the file they say to look for doesn't exist.

Anyone who has a suggestion would be appreciated
 
Please provide details, such as the Outlook version and the type of file
that you exported to.

I have outlook 2003. I've exported to both access and excel files. When I open those files, the email addresses have been exported, but they don't get imported

Export your Contacts to a PST file. Then copy that PST file to the other PC
and (making sure it's not Read-Only) open it with Outlook. Drag-and-drop
the Contacts to the default Contacts folder. All done.
