Exporting Address Book

This is a followup to my last post. I was able to install my address book to
Outlook Express but it would not export to Outlook. I'm using Windows XP
Pro. I had taken the address book off my old Dell Inspirion Laptop. Perhaps
I should also install the .wa~ file along with the .wab file? Would the .wa~
file be the one that directs imports and exports of address book, messages,
etc?

This Is what works for me,
Export to file .pst include all sufolders. transfer to
new pc then import .pst
Works every time
