Exporting address book in Outlook 98

I am running Outlook Express 6 under Windows 98 2nd
edition. Is there a way to export my address book in it't
totality? That is, I want to export the different email
groups as well as the addresses. I need to keep this info
uptodate on a laptop and desktop. Doing the CSV
export/import leaves me with the task of having to
manually add new addresses to the proper email list/group.

Unfortunately Outlook Express does not offer the functionality to export
groups. You may try to search on http://slipstick.com they may have a 3rd
party utility that may be able to accomplish this but Microsoft does not
have a way.
