Exporting Active Directory Error code 58

Can anyone help me.

I'm trying to use "lfifde" see script below but when I
execute this command line I 'm getting this error :


The error code is 58.
The connection can't be established.


ldifde -f Exportuser.ldf -s TEST_DEVV -
d "dc=Export,dc=com" -p subtree -r "(&
(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=User)(givenname=*))" -
l "cn,givenName,objectclass,samAccountName"


Note: I'm logged on to server TEST_DEVV as a local and
domain administrator.

PS I alos only need user information and not the entire
object.
