exporting access v1 data to access 2007

Is it poossible to export access data from a windows 3.1 program to access
2007?
 
No. No Windows 3.1 program would have knowledge of A2007. If the program
supports exporting, you can export to a text file or a spreadsheet and then
import that file into Access. You don't mention what Windows 3.1 program
you are trying to get data from. If there was an ODBC driver for that
program, you can use the ODBC driver to have Access 2007 import data. But
there is no way to control the export from the source application unless you
have the ability to modify it and run it under a newer version of windows.
 
I think there was an addin to A2003 that allowed it to read v1 files. Try
searching the MS download site.
