Exporting Access Table to Outlook Contacts

Hello all! I am a very determined MS Office user and I've been doing A LOT of research on how to more effectively use Access 2003 for my needs.

One thing I haven't been able to do is this: I want to take existing Access tables and export AND link them to Outlook 2003 Contacts. (So I can make changes in either program and the info gets updated in both applications)

Is there any way to do this? It would make my life so much happier if someone could help me out! : )) I am currently using Windows 2000.

Thanks,
Sarita

I have also been looking for better ways to utilize inter-
office functionality, especially with e-mail:

Is there an example of how to pull up an e-mail address
book (such as from Outlook Express, but other formats
would also be great), so you can populate the SendTo
property using SendObject command? Thanks!

But, just like you, I have yet to find an answer!
