A user here at work has informed me when she exports a
crosstab query to excel some of the data from some of the
columns in the crosstab query shifts into incorrect
columns in the excel spreadsheet. HELP!!

Not heard of this happening before. By 'Export' does the
user mean that the query has been saved first and then
exported using File > Export. Ask them to try
highlighting the query results and copy and pasting into
Excel to see if the problem happens this way.

I have seen this in Office 2000. One work around is to
export the file as a CSV (comma separated value) file to
your hard drive and then open it in excel.
