Expert advice needed for novice user.

I need to export an Access report to either .rtf or .snp format, whichever
is easier. This report will be sent in an email automatically once the series
of queries needed to generate the report have been run. I'm reading some of
the strings which say to create a specification file and to use the ADVANCED
button within the export wizard. When I choose Export from the File menu, I
get a box which wants input as to where the file will be exported to (Save
in:) at the top and the file type (Save as type:) as well as the file name. I
choose .rtf or .snp and the Export button is no longer disabled but I am not
given the opportunity to create the specification file. Where, o where, is
the ADVANCED button?

Thank you!!

There is no advanced button for exporting a report. That applies to
exporting to Excel or text files.
You will need two separate operations. One to export the report to an snp
file (recommended for this situation), and the other to attach the .snp file
to an e-mail.

Thank you! I can put the aspirins away now.
