I have sent out an appointment to a group of people. I would like to forward
the appointment acceptance / reject result to my colleagues. I understand
that this can be done through highlighting all the responses, copy and paste
to another software, say excel. The process is explained below :

However, I find that I can only past the name of the respondents, but not
their option into excel or word. Can anyone tell me what have I done wrong?
Or is there any other ways that I can share the results with other persons?

That article is about using VOTING buttons, not a meeting request. Did you
send them a Vote or a Metting Request?

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Dear Judy,

You are right. I am sending a meeting request. Is there anyway that I can
print or convert the responses to other software such that I can send to my
colleagues?

Take a screen shot, drop it into a Word document.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
