Dear Sir,

I need to export data as text file to users but they need
to use semi-colon " ;" to separate each column. I check
the file type which hasn't got this type. How can I solve
it ?

Thanks.

The simplest way to create CSV-like files using ; rather than , as field
separators would be to run Regional Settings in Windows's Control Panel, click
on the Number tab, change the list separator to ;, switch to Excel, save as CSV
file, switch back to Control Panel/Regional Settings, change the list separator
back to , and exit from Control Panel. There are also ways to do this using
macros.
