J John Nurick Sep 16, 2003 #4 Hi Patsy, Assuming you mean exporting contacts to the OE address book: 1) create a query in Access that returns the records and fields you want 2) export this as a comma-delimited text (CSV) file 3) In Outlook Express, go to File|Import|Other Address Book, select comma delimited and specify the textfile you created at 2. 4) Use the import wizard to specify which field in the textfile should be mapped to which field inthe OE address book and then do the import.
