Export to Outlook Express

Hello, I need to go back from Windows Vista to Windows XP, and my current
mail software is Windows Mail. But i need to export all the mails and
contacts to the new system, Outlook Express 6.
Is there any way to make it?

Move the EML files to the new computer and drag then to a folder in OE.
