Export to Outlook express

I have a number of email accounts and want to manage some in Outlook express
and my main business one in Outlook.
I've used Outlook for one account that now needs to go to OE - is it
possible to export from Outlook to OE?

Both programs have built in help systems that can give your answers.

And have you looked at the menu options available in the programs? In OE how
about File, Import, Messages .....
