Export to Access 97

I have Access 2002, and am creating an application to work with AutoCAD. The
AutoCAD help files insist that an .mdb must be saved in Access 97 format.

In any create/export/save as dialog boxes, I only see one option for a
database...no '97 specific in view.

How can I export 2002 to 97? Or are the formats the same?

Found Tools->Database Utilities->Convert Database (I finally used the right
combination of words in Help.)

Does anyone know if you can work with a 97 DB in 2002?

You can link from an Access 2002 front-end to an Access 97 back-end.
