Michael

I have a Pentium 4 running XP-Pro. I am logged in as Admin, and would like
to export the settings, desktop, mydocuments, etc. to a new user in the same
system. I think I can do this manually but was wondering if Windows has a
feature that will do this for me? I have looked in Help and found nothing so
far. I think I would prefer to have Windows do this for me.

Michael, you can go into the advance settings User Profiles and copy your
profile to the other users. This should care over all rights, including
printer settings, etc.

From XP Help and Support on the Start Menu

To Copy a User Profile:
1.. Open System in Control Panel.
2.. On the Advanced tab, under User Profiles, click Settings.
3.. Under Profiles stored on this computer, click the user profile you
want to copy, and then click Copy To.
4.. Type the location for the new profile, or click Browse to select the
path.
5.. To choose a new user, in the Copy To dialog box, click Change.
6.. To start your search, in the Select User or Group dialog box, type the
complete name of the user, group, or built-in security principle you are
looking for, and then click OK.
