Export report to Word

Having problems when we export a report from Access to
Word. When there are two pages of data, Word inserts an
extra page between page one and two, places the page
footer and the additional information on the extra page -
excluding the page header. Then the third page just has
the page header.

Any suggestions?
 
There is no way by which the export process can be controlled. The simplest solution is to install the Adobe Acrobat Printer (Writer) and then print the report to the Acrobat printer instead of exporing to Word. Acrobat creates a PDF file which can be viewed using the Acrobat reader. (www.adobe.com)
