Using Office97. I have a report that I have to convert to
an rtf. file for sending out to parties that do not have
Access. The problem I am having is that when I open the
rtf,in WORD, that I have exported from Access, some but
not all of my labels are trunctated. I have tried
adjusting font, alignment changes ,etc. with no luck.
Hope somoene can help. I'm fresh out of ideas.

Word uses slightly larger [spaces] than Access. You need to make all
TextBox and Labels a bit wider than would otherwise be necessary.
However; the export to RTF has serious flaws if you have any controls with
CanGrow enabled (particularly memo fields of any size). In those
situations I would avoid the RTF export entirely as you have no way (that I
know of) to avoid text getting lost or at least having the formatting
messed up.
