Export Record Limitations

Access 2007 will not allow me to export a query with over 65,536 records to
Excel. (65,536 was the limit of rows in Excel 2003), but I have Excel 2007.

Does it matter that when Excel 2007 was installed it was set up to work in
compatability mode? Does it matter that the DB was created in Access 2003
but is being accessed by Access 2007?

I haven't tried the export function for Excel, I use Excel object model
programming and it works by going from Access 2007 (accdb file) to Excel
2007. See here for code that can be modified (it currently uses the
recordset of a form)
