Export Personal Folders

I am trying to export my personal foder file (.pst) from one machine to
another using the export/import facility. When I try to import I get the
message that I don't have the rights to do this. O/S is W2K and I have
admin rights set.
Any clues or other ways to get .pst onto another machine?

Configure the pst-file with the profile;
File-> Open-> Personal Data File...
or
Tools-> Services (or Accounts) and add the personal data file
