Do you mean Distribution Lists? If yes, create an Outlook Rich Text
Formatted message, use File->Insert->Item, browse to your contacts folder,
expand it and select your DL. Instruct the recipient to double click on the
DL and select File->Save to get it into their contacts folder.

After furious head scratching, Gordon asked:

| Not by exporting. Create a new pst file (File-New-Outlook Data File)
| and copy the contacts to that file. Close the file, and email that.
