In Office 2003 there is a "Save My Settings Wizard" under "Microsoft Office
Tools". Use that.

I have a similar, problem. We just moved from an NT4 domain to active
directory domain. In doing so, my workstation has a different login, and the
outlook files are all left in the other user.OLD NTdomain file tree. Big
screwup looks like nobody thought to do the outlook backup before the domain
flip. So, in this case, we can't (that I see) open outlook |
export.......tried looking at open (now empty) outlook, same workstation, new
domain | import, but there is a rights issue.

I would figure we are not the first to end up here? Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Dave

Is there any way to access the old NT profile folder tree? If so, copy the
PST from it to a folder where you have full access, then try to open the PST
in Outlook.
