export one address from outlook

How do you do a simple copy / paste of just one address out of Outlook into
another application. In lotus organizer, you just right clik on the address
and select "copy" or "copy special" to select preferred fields. This would
seem to be a basic function but I can find no way of doing this in outlook.

Where is the address, in a mail message? A Contact item?
