export my Outlook Express address book

hi
i'm in a trouble cause i need absolutely to transfer all the addresses from
the address book in outlook express to a data base in access.
i can export my Outlook Express address book into a
comma delimited file and then import this into access.
but i don't know exactly whay it means or how to do it!!
want you please my kind friend reply to me?

Once you have the csv file exported from OE, start Access, create a new
blank database then <file-import> and follow the screen prompts
to import/convert you addresses.

PS- try doing a search of the forum before posting your question, as this
topic has been recently covered.
