I'm not sure I follow you? Creating a TOC only display the files linked from
index.htm or...?
I already have a TOC and tryed to use it by copy and past into Words, with
no success. In Words it showed up as a FP component.

You need to preview a TOC in browser to see it's content and paste from there to word

If you mean by map structure the Nav View just link all your pages there and TOC will show them
If you mean your total file structure, in FP 2003 use View Reports - All files
- you can select all there and either use Export to Excel or copy / paste to a new html page

Stefan, I need the map structure - not each and every individual files.

When I crate a TOC and copy the strycture from there, paste it in Words, I
lose the structure, but can see every file in a flat way, not corresponding
to any catalog, subcataloge and so on. So the structure is lost.

I have a site consiting of more then 4000 pages in about so may maps
(cataloges) and sub-maps that it cover about 15 pages when printing it from
the Navigation menu and shown in 25% view!
The hyperlinks are more then 30000 inkl external, and I use more then 900
images.
I trotaly lost the structure and have to reorganize the hole site.

From your comments I am presuming "map" or "catalog" means Nav View
- if not, and you mean Folder Structure of the files, that is available in the ALL files report

If you have "totally lost the structure" in a FP site nothing will recreate it in that site since it is not there any more

If you do have that same site published someplace else w/ a valid Nav View (for your "map" structure) and want that as a file of
some sort to know what pages are linked to what other page in Nav view in that site,
- that info is stored in FP in the _vti_pvt folder in a file named "structure" that you may be able to use
(you will need to make a copy of that file in Windows Explorer or using a FTP program)
It is in the format:

1000,homepagefilename
1001,path/filenameA.ext,0,Page Title A,1000,NNNNNNN,0 - the 1000 mean this page is under 1000
1002,path/filenameA.ext,0,Page Title A,1000,NNNNNNN,0 - the 1000 mean this page is also under 1000
1003,path/filenameC.ext,0,Page Title C,1002,NNNNNNN,0 - the 1002 mean this page is under page 1002

Of course if you do have the structure in Nav View in a FP site then the structure is not totally lost - just publish that to your
other site

Sorry - with "map" I meant "folders". English isn't my native language.
I have about 80 folders holding with sometimes up to 5 subfolder levels all
with files within them, and would like to have them exported or anything else
into words so I can reorganize the folder structure and the sites hole
tree-structure.

I'm looking in to convert the site into something like CMS/DMS with PCS.

If you can find anything else maybe this will work for you:
http://www.majusoft.de/DirPrinting/

It will print directories and files.
