Hi, I exported my contacts and e-mails to a CD-RW disc. I
want to import back to Outlook 2003 after upgrading from
Win98 and Outlook 2002 to Win xp and Outlook 2003.
However it is not allowed to be imported when I chose the
export file (.pst file type)which is stored in the CD-RW.
Then I checked the property of that file and found that
is read-only file. Pls advise how to fix it. Thank you.
 
copy the file to the hard disk, remove the read-only property from that
copy of the file on the hard disk, then go from there.
