Export/Import Software Restriction Policy

Hello all,

I'm trying to export and import a software restriction policy.
Specifically, I've created a "block list" of known programs that I do not
want run.
I have this implemented on my AD but I also have a ton of lab machines that
are not on AD and need this same template. Is there anyway to export the
"Additional Rules" and import them using secedit or something? If I have to
create an Inf can anyone offer up and guidance?

My end product would like to be a batch file or something that applies the
rules automatically rather than having to add them manually.
