After installing Outlook 2003 and setting it up, you can open your old .PST
file next to the new one -- just use File | Open | Outlook Data File and
browse to the old .PST file. Switch to the Folder List view so you can see
all the folders in both .PST files, then drag and drop any information you
want to copy into the new .PST file.
In the case of the default folders (Inbox, Calendar, etc.), don't try to
copy the entire folder -- instead, change the view on the folder to
something like "By Category" which shows all items in the folder (no
filters), then select all items at once and drag them to the proper folder
in the new .PST.
