Export groups members in domain

Is their any good free utility that i can use to export all the group names
along with the group members of my domain (security groups & exchange
distribution lists)

DumpACL by Somarsoft.

I don't have a URL but you can probably find them in a search. I think the
DumpACL application may have been renamed, but the old name should still
come up.
 
There is also a command line tool called Exporter.exe that will do just this
and more. It is freeware so give it a try.
