Hi all - I am working on a project with a county govermnent in
California. We are trying to get a list of individual email addresses
within a certain department for use with a survey tool.
On the county's end, they usually just send a message to the group list
"department A" which contains all those individual email addresses.
Is there a way for them to export the email addresses (or anything that
would include the email addresses) from that group list? It is not a
distribution list in the users contacts folder (which I know can be
exported easily), but an address that appears in the "global address
list" named "department A".
The county user can expand the contents of the list when it's in her
"to" field, but it displays names like "Smith, Mike (CDF-DSDD)" and
when she attempts to copy these, they end up as empty text strings
"Smith, Mike (CDF-DSDD)" and nothing more.
Any ideas how to get email addresses?
