Export GPEDIT.MSC settings?

i hv xp pro on my laptop.. and i recently installed a fresh copy of xp on my
desktop.. i hv tweaked the settings on the xp(laptop) using gpedit.msc.. how
do i copy the same settings to my desktop without manually configuring again
on desktop?

is there a export/import feature for gpedit.msc? i googled around a bit and
found that copying C:\WINDOWS\system32\GroupPolicy from the source and
overrite the one on the destination machine suffice?

I believe that will suffice.
 
Thanks, Tom. That was fast. I have actually tested it. You will have to
logout for the changes to take effect, though. Thanks again.
