Export Form to Word?

Hi there, I'm developing a database for someone and have a form that I would
like them to review. When I export to Word or Excel, the formatting collapses
and does not represent the Access print preview of the form.
How can I get a representative view of the form to someone without the
formatting collapsing in Word/Excel?
I have tried to export the form to a new database, but the table that the
form is based on is many MB and not really possible to e-mail with
compression/WINZIP. My only thought is an edited screendump, which is not
obviously ideal...

If you want them to see and review your form design, screen print it and
paste it into Word.

Forms are not designed to be printed.

OK, gets around the way for someone to review! I am fine with tables and
queries, but reports and forms are all new to me. I have saved the form as a
report (is this what should be used for printing etc?). It looks almost fine
when published with word from a report, but I loose all of the background
colour formatting which makes it painful to the eye.
Anymore help appreciated.

Thanks

Saving a form as a report is a good way to get started. I would then clean
it up some. Change combo boxes to text boxes and such.

When you "publish it with Word" on a report, you are turning it into a RTF
format. Not all formatting is supported there.

The only way to send someone a report and completely preserve the formatting
is to send it as a Microsoft Snapshot format, which requires the user to
have the free Microsoft Snapshot Viewer. Or, you can save it as a pdf
format if you have a third party pdf writer.
