Export form to another database

How do I export a form from one database to another? I tried the File/Export
function and the form is exported, but the codes for each buttons on the form
are missing. It appears only the form GUI is exported? Is it possible to
export everything contained in the form, including the form codes?
Any information is very much appreciated.

The export should include everything although I admit I have never used it. I
always import from the destination file rather than exporting from the source.
Importing most definitely includes the entire object with all code intact.
