I am repeating the following steps often:
1. From Access, export query to Excel
2. Open existing spreadsheet and go to appropriate worksheet (only 1
worksheet is being updated, other worksheets are maintained by others)
3. Select the data from my exported spreadsheet that I am copying
(everything except the column heading row)
4. Copy it into the existing worksheet and paste over the data (again,
except the column heading row)
5. Save spreadsheet with new file name that includes the current date.
I would swear in prior experience, I have been able to do these same actions
by running 1 macro from Access that was a combination of several other
macros. I cannot figure out how to do it now though. Is it possible to
perform these actions through macros?
Thanks for any input!
