export contacts from outlook to lotus notes

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to export my boss' outlook contacts from
Windows XP-Outlook to Lotus Notes.

Currently I am doing it one contat at a time.

Can anyone give me a better, more time efficient way to do this?
