Hi there,

with some very good help from people on this forum, I could successfully
export my Outlook 2003 messages and Import them in Outlook 2002.

How do I do the same thing with my contacts?
Your help will be very welcome.

Depends on the format of your pst file. If you are using the 2003 Unicode
format pst file, then you need to create a new pst file in 97-2002 format,
copy all your data to it, (email folders, contacts, tasks and calendar),
then with Outlook closed, just copy that pst file to where ever you have
Outlook 2002. if your version of Outlook 2003 is using an old 97-2002 format
pst file, just do the copy. (With Outlook closed of course...)

Please note that Gordon was very careful to tell you to create the PST file
and copy the data into it, not export. Never export and then import from
Outlook 2003 (or any other version of Outlook). Anytime you export from
Outlook 2003, your data will not be usable in earlier versions, because
exporting creates the wrong type of file.

Thank you to the both of you for your help. I succeeded, thankx to you.
