Export Chart as HTML

I am trying to export an Access 2007 report, that contains a chart, as an
html file that I can load into Sharepoint for end users to view. I have the
report with the chart and I can print the report and export it as a snapshot
viewer file just fine, but when I export it as an html file the html file
only contains the text elements from the report header and footer and does
not show the content of chart element?

If this is possible to accomplish, what am I missing?

Snapshot and PDF (Access 2007 only) are the only export formats that will
include anything graphical.
