It sounds like you have three questions here:

- One involving repeating a slide often

Can you describe this in more detail?

- How to personalize a presentation

Personalize in what way?

- How to export the presentation to a CD

What version of PPT do you use?

Do you want to create a CD the user can play on most fairly recent PCs or
something else?

I have a presentation that I need to export that has 14 slides.
I need that 3 of them are repeated 5 times each.
Ex:
Slide 1
Slide 2
Slide 3
Slide 1
Slide 4
Slide 5
Slide 1
Slide 6
etc....
I need to export the presentation and them with other software create a DVD
that is played repeatedly on a Tv with DVD player.

I use version 2003 SP 2

Is there some reason why you can't simply copy the slides once they're created?

Yes.
I want to put a LCD / monitor showing information inside a store.
If I put a TV LCD with a DVD player, it is less expensive than putting a LCD
monitor and computer and have less cables and it much easier.

So, just to confirm, you don't need a CD, you need a DVD?

If there isn´t any solution I will copy the slides. I didn´t want to do this
because if I have to change one I would have to copy them again (and could,
for instance forget one).

That you for the link, I was thinking using one of those softwares.

Thank you.

I see what you mean.

What's on the slides that repeat? Images and such or just text?

If text, you could put the text in an Excel sheet, then copy/paste special/Link
to put it into PPT.

Then when you change the text in Excel it'll get updated automatically the next
time you open the PPT.

Or you could use custom shows. I'd think that would be much easier.

To use Andrea's example,

Slide 1, slide 2, slide 3, then slide 1, slide 4, slide 5, slide 1, slide 6

Go to Slide Show | Custom Shows.

Click New.
Click slide 1 on the left, then the Add button.
Click slide 2 on the left, then the Add button.
Click slide 3 on the left, then the Add button.
Click slide 1 again on the left, then the Add button.
Click slide 4 on the left, then the Add button.
Click slide 5 on the left, then the Add butoon.
Click slide 1 again on the left, then the Add button.
Click slide 6 on the left, then the Add button.

Now go to Slide Show | Set up Show and choose the Custom Show in the "show
slides" section. When you run the presentation, the slides in the custom
show you created will be displayed in that order, and you can record the
presentation for DVD creation as described elsethread.

Thank you, but my problem is how can I record the presentation with the
custom show?

Well, if you're using Camtasia or OfficeFX or such to capture the
presentation as it plays, then you'd just play the file and capture it.

If you're using one of the automatic converter things, then this probably
won't work. You could ask the manufacturers of the software, though.
