Is there freeware that allows you to export a list of blocked senders to a
text file? I'm intending to use it for Outlook Express.

I usr FrontgateMX with OE to filter blacklisted senders, it's free and has
about 10 different blacklist sites built in that filters email. The program
lets you know if it thinks that messages are sus or not and you have the
choice to get rid of it and then next time it remembers and tells you it is
