export animated gifs

Hi,

Is it possible to use VBA/VB to export animated gifs? I'm able to use
the shape export function, but the gifs seem to lose their animation
if I do so.

I don't believe so. If you're just trying to retrieve animated GIFs that've
been inserted into a PPT presentation, saving the presentation as HTML will
toss the aniGIFs into the folder of support files PPT creates, along with all
the other goodies.
